DM82i motor roller is the powerful drive pulley for smart & light duty conveyors. Drive light load, adopts high-alloy steel gearbox. Due to its strength, reliability and free maintenance, the pulley is ideal for smart infeed conveyors, packing equipment and transfer conveyors.
Features
Roller body: the typical roller body is made of mild steel, has a knurled surface to prevent slipping, and is coated with anti-rust oil. The food grade body of the roller is constructed of stainless steel #304.
Gear drive: high-alloy steel gears used in the gear drive ensure little working noise. aluminum gearbox with a die-case
Motor: It can run on a variety of voltages worldwide at 50Hz or 60Hz. Class F motor insulation. Each motor has a separate thermal protection. immersion cooling of motor oil. The cable outlet is 1.2 meters long on average.
Sealing class: shaft end double seal design, sealing class IP66/IP67.
Oiling: before delivery, the drum motor roller has been well greased. After 5000 hours of operation, the oil must be changed.
Others: horizontal installation. Customized roller length and speed. Customized drum motor rollers are available.
