DM113i Belt Conveyor Drum Motor Roller
The excellent powerful motor driven roller for high strength light & medium duty belt conveyors.
Drive light load, adopts finished high-alloy steel gearbox and high precision assembly. The conveyor pulley is suitable for the conveyors with special requirement of small space, low noisy and high power.
Features
Roller pipe: normally the standard roller body is made of mild steel with anti-slip knurling surface treatment, coated with anti-rust oil, stainless steel #304 is for food grade applications.
Gear drive: die-case aluminum gearbox, finished high-alloy steel gears ensure low noise during working.
Motor: it is suitable for various voltages around the world at 50Hz or 60Hz,. The insulation of the motor roller is class F. All motors with additional thermal protector. Motor oil immersion cooling. The standard length of the cable outlet is 1.2 meters.
Sealing class: double seal design shaft end, IP66/IP67.
Oiling: the drum motor roller has been filled oil according to the standard in the factory. Change the oil every 5000 hours of operation.
Others: horizontal installation. Speed and roller length are customized. Non-standard drum motor roller can be customized
