The Character & Advantage of Direct Current Poly-V Pulley Drum Motor Roller
The DGBL50 motor driven roller is appropriate for medium and light loads with adjustable speed.
Direct brushless gear reduction motor built-in with excellent efficiency, matched use with controller.
Output torque is optional; it comes in regular and high power types.
Either DC48V or DC24V as the safety voltage.
Adjustable speed range of 10%–150%, 0.5–95 m/min.
To implement IO control, ZPA functionality, and RS485, MODBUS, Ethernet connectivity, several clever controllers have been modified.
Galvanized steel, stainless steel, and custom roller lengths are available.
The roller may have grooves or be equipped with a sprocket, poly-v pulley, timing pulley, or O-belt pulley.
For heavy loads and fast transport, an aluminum poly-vee pulley is preferable than a plastic one.
For intelligent control, a simple installation is required.
