The surface of the roller is polished and galvanized, and the spacing should ensure that a tire is always supported on the rollers with more than 3 pieces of roller. The top of each roller should be located in the same plane. The height difference at the top of the three adjacent three rollers should be not more than 1.2mm. The straight line tolerance of the central line of the conveyor rack is 5mm within any length of 25m. The vertical tolerance of the central line of the rack should be 1/500 of the length of the roller axis, and the straight line tolerance of the straight line frame of the conveyor is 1/1000 within 3m. The length of the width of the inside of the rack should be 1.2mm. The outer surface of the roller is rounded, smooth, no dentivals, cracks, folds and other defects.
