R2250 Series Polyvee Pulley Driven Roller

Application area

Internal driven conveyor systems, the poly-v pulley is fixed at the end of the roller which separates the driven area and the conveying area, precision ball bearing with polymer bearing housing, which makes the conveying smooth, high speed and low noisy. Widely applied in light-medium load conveyors to transport cases, carboards, containers, barrels or tires, it is the most popular kind of conveyor roller in case-packed goods transportation.

Heavy load capacity

The nine grooves at 2.34mm pitch of the polyvee pulley allows the use of 2-rib, 3-rib or 4-rib poly-v belt. Compare with a round belt, the use of a 2-rib belt allows transferring approximately twice the torque.

High speed and low noisy

Poly-v belt drive, precision ball bearing and polymer bearing housing which makes poly-v pulley driven roller has the advantages of smooth running, low noisy and high speed up to 120 m/min.

Good protection against dirt and water

The plastic end cap seal protect the bearing by providing excellent resistance to dust and splashed water.

Lateral loading

Standard configuration, the bearing housing with end cap and bearing is pressed into the tube and the tube ends are rounded, thereby allowing materials to be easily moved on from the side.
