Series R2421 Medium Load Double-row Steel Sprocket Conveyor Roller
Application area
Internal unit handling conveying systems, R2421 series conveyor roller is mainly applied in medium load roller conveyors to transport cases, carboards, containers, barrels or tires.
Medium load capacity
Welding the steel sprocket to the steel roller tube gives it the capacity to transmit high torque and meet the requirements for heavier load transportation.
Smooth running and low noisy
The bearing assembly consists precision ball bearing, polymer bearing housing and end cap seal which providing an attractive, smooth and quiet running roller.
Lateral loading
Standard configuration, the bearing housing with end cap and bearing is pressed into the conveyor roller tube and the tube ends are rounded, thereby allowing materials to be easily moved on from the side.
Good protection against dirt and water
The design of the roller end cap seal protects the bearing by providing excellent resistance to dust and splashed water.
