R2421 double steel sprocket conveyor roller is in standard configuration, the bearing assembly consists precision ball bearing, polymer bearing housing and end cap seal which providing an attractive, smooth and quiet running roller. The bearing assembly which is pressed into the conveyor roller tube, the roller clinder ends are rounded, thereby allowing materials to be easily moved on from the side. The design of the roller end cap seal protects the bearing by providing excellent resistance to dust and splashed water. The steel sprocket is weled to the steel roller tube gives it the capacity to transmit high torque and meet the requirements for heavier load transportation.
