DM216 Belt Conveyor Drum Motor Roller
High torque strong drive for heavy load conveyors.
Medium load and high-alloy steel gearbox drive. The pulley is extremely strong, high torque, withstand high radial load capacity. DM216 drum motor roller, is special designed for the transportation of single large heavy weight object or bulk material. The power range is 0.37kw to 4.0kw.

Features
Roller Tube: The standard roller tube is composed of mild carbon steel, and its surface has been machined with non-slip thread. The finished product has an anti-rust oil coating. Steel #304 stainless is used to create the food-grade roller tube.
Gearbox: High alloy steel grinding gear and a die-cast aluminum gearbox are used in the transmission process.
Motor: Choose a 50Hz or 60Hz frequency that is appropriate for the world's voltage. F-class insulation. Overheat protection are present on every motor. Heat dissipation during oil immersion. The typical outlet cable is 1.2 meters long.
Protection Class: The shaft end has a double seal design, and the motor roller's sealing protection grade is IP66/67.
Oiling: Before leaving the factory, the roller was oiled in accordance with the norm, and the oil should be changed every 5000 hours.
