R2624 Series Polymer Sprocket Tapered Sleeve Conveyor Roller
Based on the R2224 series, the tapered sleeve sprocket driven roller is shockproof, abrasion resistant, and covered in polypropylene (PP) tapered sleeves.
High performance polyamide sprockets are used as the roller's driving element instead of conventional steel ones, which results in comparatively less operating noise.
The bearing unit, which is made up of a precision ball bearing, polymer bearing housing, and end cover, is crucial. It's not just because it looks nice; it also runs quietly and smoothly.
The roller's end cap effectively withstands splashes of water and dust in a working setting.
To avoid causing the sprocket and chain to wear out too quickly, it is advised not to surpass a 5° angle between the tapered rollers (axis angle).
