Based on the R2260 series round belt driven pulley straight conveyor roller, with a tapered polypropylene (PP) sleeve, abrasion resistance, low noise, and shockproof. The assembly of round belt pulleys at the pipe end separates the drive and convey spaces. The bearing assembly which consists of a precision ball bearing, a polymer bearing housing, and an end cap, is critical. It is not only for good looks, but also for smooth and quiet operation. In a working environment, the roller's end cap resists dust and water splashes well. Because it is not grooving on the tube, there is no distortion and the roller runs more smoothly. Load capacity is determined by the driving ability of the O ring round belt, which is usually the weight of the conveyed goods.
