Application area

Conveyor systems for Indoor gravity conveyors or push conveyors with manual power or on slopes. Unit goods handling such as transport of cartons, boxes or containers. Especially suited for light and medium load cost-efficient implementation of curved gravity roller conveyors or spiral roller conveyors. Widely applied in workshop, warehouse and logistic center.

Light weight

Based on the R1200 series universal gravity roller, coated by a polypropylene tapered sleeve, it is in light weight and easy to start-up, abrasion low noisy and shockproof, the most important is the short delivery time and lower cost compare to R1500 series gravity tapered steel roller.

Smooth & quiet running

The end bearing assembly consists of a precision ball bearing, a polymer housing and end cap seal. Combined they provide an attractive smooth and quiet running roller.

Dustproof and waterproof

The plastic end cap protect the bearing by providing excellent resistance to dust and splashed water.
