Series R2650 Poly-V Pulley Tapered Sleeve Conveyor Roller
Application area
Internal driven conveyor systems in curved section, the poly-v pulley is fixed at the end of the roller which separates the driven area and the conveying area, precision ball bearing with polymer bearing housing, which makes the conveying smooth, high speed and low noisy. Widely applied in light-medium load conveyors to transport cases, carboards, containers, barrels or tires.
Heavy load capacity
The nine slots at 2.34mm pitch of the drive head allow the use of 2-rib, 3-rib or 4-rib poly-vee belt. Compare with a round belt, the use of a 2-rib belt allows transferring approximately twice the torque.
Faster delivery and lower cost
Based on R2250 polyvee pully straight steel conveyor roller, adopts PP tapered sleeve, which make the roller in faster delivery time and lower cost than tranditional tapered steel roller.
High speed and low noisy
Poly-v belt drive, precision ball bearing and polymer bearing housing which makes the roller has the advantages of smooth running, low noisy and high speed up to 2~3 m/s.
Good protection against dirt and water
The plastic end cap seal protects the bearing by providing excellent resistance to dust and splashed water.
Lateral loading
Standard configuration, the bearing housing with end cap and bearing is pressed into the tube and the tube ends are rounded, thereby allowing materials to be easily moved on from the side.
