Series R2230 Single Grooved Steel Conveyor Roller
Application area
Series R2230 single grooved steel conveyor roller is for internal driven conveyor systems, grooved rollers are used on powered conveyors using O-rings round belt, high conveying speed and low noisy. Widely applied in light-medium load conveyors to transport cases, carboards, containers, barrels or tires.
High speed and low noisy
O-ring belt drive, precision ball bearing and polymer bearing housing which makes the roller has the advantages of smooth running, low noisy and high speed.
Good protection against dirt and water
The plastic end cap seal at the roller both ends protects the bearing by providing excellent resistance to dust and splashed water.
Lateral loading
Standard configuration, the bearing housing with end cap and bearing is pressed into the tube and the tube ends are rounded, thereby allowing materials to be easily moved on from the side.
