Series R2621 Steel Sprocket Tapered Roller
Application area
Curved section of internal unit handling conveying systems, steel tapered rollers are driven by chain. Matched with straight steel sprocket rollers to integrate box conveyor line. Mainly applied in heavy load conveyors to transport cases, containers, pallets or barrels.
Heavy load capacity
Roller body is welded by steel plate in a certain conical degree, steel sprocket is welded with roller body, make it capable to transmit higher torque, and meet the request of transportation of heavy duty.
Wider range of working environment
Steel roller body and steel sprocket, steel bearing housing with steel precision ball bearing which allowed the roller can works in both high and low temperature.
Good protection against dirt and water
The end cap of roller resists dust and water splash well in working environment.
