Main Features
Based on the R2240 series, the R2640 round belt-driven grooved tapered sleeve roller has an abrasion-resistant, low-noise, shockproof polypropylene (PP) tapered sleeve covering.
The bearing unit, which is made up of a precision ball bearing, polymer bearing housing, and end cap, is crucial. It's not just because it looks excellent; it also runs quietly and smoothly.
The roller's end cap effectively withstands splashes of water and dust in a working environment.
Lightweight, simple to start.
Faster delivery and lower cost.
The position and number of grooves could be changed in addition to the usual type.
The driving force of the "round belt" and the transmission structure determine the load capacity of the roller (line shaft drive is higher than hook-ups). Reference data typically does not exceed 30kg/pack.
Range of working temperatures -5℃ to +40℃.
Application
Internal driven conveyor systems, grooved rollers are used on powered conveyors using O-rings round belt. Widely applied in light load curved conveyors to transport cases, carboards, containers, barrels or tires. Matched with straight grooved rollers to integrate box conveyor line.
