Functional Features of Series R2321 Heay Load Double-row Steel Sprocket Conveyor Roller
Capability for heavy loads: steel sprocket is permanently welded to steel tube of the conveyor roller, it can transmit greater torque. Precision ball bearings are fixed firmly into steel bearing housings for optimal endurance and to fulfill the requirements of the transportation of heavy load pallets.
A greater variety of job environments: the entire steel material of the roller parts, which offers a range of working environmental conditions, is also available. The roller can be used for light, medium, or heavy transportation in both high and low temperatures. A plastic end cover can be installed on the outside of the sprocket to prevent dust and splashing water from damaging the bearing to a certain extent.
