Series R1200 Universal Gravity Conveyor Roller

Application area

R1200 series universal gravity roller is for indoor conveyor systems for indoor use, especially suited for cost-efficient implementation of gravity or push roller conveyors for light and medium goods with manual drive or on slopes. Widely applied in workshop, warehouse and logistic center. The roller can also be used in belt conveyors as either a belt support or a belt snubbing roller.

Smooth and high speed running

Precision ball bearing fix into polymer housing, provided smooth and quite running, maximum speed up to 100 m/min.

Dustproof and waterproof

The plastic end cap at the both end of roller protects the bearing by providing excellent resistance to dust and splashed water.

Lateral loading

Standard configuration, the bearing housing with end cap and bearing is pressed into the tube and the tube ends are rounded, thereby allowing materials to be easily moved on from the side.

Low-noisy

The use of precision ball bearings, polyamide bearing housing and seals result the roller in very quiet running.
