B200 Inclined/Declined Belt Conveyor
Inclined/declined belt conveyor uses the continuous or intermittent movement of the conveyor belt to transport goods less than 500kg or powder and pellet goods. Inclined belt conveyor is used in the case of conveying with height difference, can complete continuous conveying, and can smoothly connect with the roller conveyor or chain conveyor.
The materials of conveyor belt includes canvas belt (or nylon belt), plastic belt, anti-static PVC belt, rubber belt (rubber belt with steel wire is used for heavy objects), metal mesh belt, etc.
The conveying angle of the climbing belt conveyor should not exceed 13 degrees. If it exceeds 13 degrees, it is necessary to add a stopper on the belt surface or select a grass belt with friction. When making a climbing belt conveyor, it is usually necessary to add a protective fence at the waist of both sides of the belt conveyor or add a train edge at the side of the belt to prevent objects from falling during transportation.
Drive modes of climbing belt conveyor include: motor reducer drive mode and electric roller drive mode
