Functional Characteristics of Series R1800 Gravity Steel Bearing Assembly Conveyor Roller
High reliability: precision ball bearing is secured in the steel pressed bearing shell to form the conveyor roller bearing assembly, which is tight, strong and durable. Able to withstand greater axial force than a plastic bearing unit.
Broad range of working temperature: steel bearing assembly makes the conveyor roller for use in a very broad temperature range from −30 to +80 °C (eg. oven or cold storage).
High load capacity: full range diameter of roller clinder and shaft, steel bearing housing ensure the roller is cable of being used in many arduous environment including pallet handling.
Lateral loading: the bearing housing is pressed into the roller clinder and the clinder ends are rounded, thereby allowing materials to be easily moved on from the side.
