In order to prevent the acceleration of gravity caused by heavy pallets sliding on racks, brake rollers in gravity racks—also known as speed reducers or speed controllers—help the pallets move steadily and smoothly. This helps to ensure the safety of the workers and the products. Self-adjustment to various weights, consistent braking force, maintenance-free, and zero energy use.

Throughout 10 years, we offered two different types of brake rollers (internal and exterior). In a variety of projects, our customers used gravity racks with our brake rollers (speed controls). From our users, we have long received positive feedback regarding stable and dependable performance.

Continually depending on customer feedback and on-site study, we update and enhance the design and components. In addition to the medium and heavy models for 200-1500 kg pallets, we can also provide light models for 10-100 kg pallets.
