External Brake Roller for European / Australian Standard Pallets

In gravity racks, brake rollers, also known as speed reducers / speed controllers, are mainly used to keep pallets on racks steady and smooth by reducing acceleration of gravity. The brakes self-adjust to different weights, providing a steady braking force and being maintenance free, consuming zero energy.

Over ten years, we provided two types of brake roller ( internal and external ). Our company has provided brake rollers (speed controllers) for handling gravity racks for different projects. Our users have been highly satisfied with our smooth and reliable performance for a long time.

The design and components of our systems are continuously being updated and improved based on customer feedback and on-site analysis. We have the medium and heavy models for applications with 200-1500 kg pallets, as well as the light models for 10-100 kgs applications.
