The main difference between the BE92 damping roller and the BE120 model lies in the inverse matching of physical dimensions and load-bearing capacity, that is, the BE92 has a smaller outer diameter but stronger load-bearing capacity, while the BE120 has a larger outer diameter but a lower load-bearing limit.

The specific differences are as follows:

Dimensions:

• BE92: The outer diameter is typically 92mm, belonging to the small‑diameter category.

• BE120: The outer diameter is typically 120mm, belonging to the large‑diameter category.

Load capacity:

• BE92: Suitable for heavy goods weighing 1000–1500 kg (1.0–1.5 tons).

• BE120: Suitable for medium‑weight goods weighing 200–1000 kg (0.2–1.0 tons).

BE92 features and selection logic:

• Higher space utilization: Although the BE92 has a smaller diameter (which usually means a lower installation height), it can carry heavier goods.

• Structural differences: This “small size, great strength” characteristic typically comes from differences in the internal damping mechanism (e.g., centrifugal or friction pad designs). To handle a 1.5‑ton load, the BE92’s internal braking force and structural strength are reinforced.

• Installation considerations: Because the outer diameters differ, the mounting hole positions and roller spacing on the gravity rack are not interchangeable between the two models. If the goods weigh around 1000 kg, the two models may overlap; however, to ensure proper speed control, it is recommended to strictly follow the rated range – avoid overloading the BE120 or using the BE92 with light loads, which may cause “sticking” due to excessive resistance.

In simple terms, the core basis for selection is the weight of the goods: choose the smaller‑diameter BE92 for heavy goods, and the larger‑diameter BE120 for lighter goods.
