BT200 Pop-up Lifting Transfer Conveyor
Pop-up transfer conveyor is generally used to change the conveying direction of goods, and to send or remove goods to the main conveying line. It has the characteristics of large loading capacity, simple structure, stability and reliability. In roller conveyors and chain conveyors, for items with a sorting speed of less than 30 items per minute, but a single item weight of more than 2000 kg, a lifting transfer conveyor is preferred. The conveyor adopts PLC programmable control, making it easy for items to enter and exit the main and auxiliary conveying lines without collision, extrusion, and other phenomena. The lifting transfer conveyor which we developed uses four fulcrum balanced lifting, which can smoothly lift and lower the equipment even if the items are not placed correctly and the side or corner of the equipment is stressed, without blocking or jamming.
