Performance Test

After the dimensions and surface are tested and qualified, the roller will be tested for its performance, including current resistance and running speed. The rotating speed of the motor driven roller will affect the transportation state of the equipment. It must be tested according to the actual current and speed requirements of the customers. Only when the established indicators of the customers are met can they be qualified.

Noise Test

The roller will inevitably produce some sounds when running, but there is standards for this part of the sound. For example, the noise of 550W motor and 1100W motor should be within 60 decibels, and the decibels of the Longwei drum can be reduced to 58 decibels or even lower.

Service Life Test

The running time of the motor driven roller is limited, and the use of different drums motor roller are not the same. Before the delivery, especially the new roller, Longwei will do professional simulation running test to detect the theoretical running time of the roller. Only the rollers that meet the life standard can be deliveried to customers.
