FD Series Motorized Flexible Expandable Roller Conveyor
Flexible expandable motorized roller conveyor is one that is powered and can be freely expanded and compacted in a certain range of length. Its height can be adjustable, and its conveying surface can be expanded, inclined or curved at your request. It is mainly used for loading and unloading in shop, warehouse and stockyard etc. Also, it can have application in receiving and delivering of packing line, transit conveyor line and physical distribution etc. Especially, it is suitable for transport of carton packages with flat bottom. In the process of transport, it can meet quick and safe requirements of handling between two interfaces is improved and labor strength is reduced.

Speed
Belt is driven by motor. Linear speed of roller conveying surface is 25 m/min. No electric control cabinet is provided. (In addition, speed regulating flexible expandable conveyor can be supplied. Range of speed regulation: 10-35m/min,with electric control cabinet.) In order to be easy in operation, strat switch and E-stop switch are mounted on the end of this conveyor.

What is flexible expandable conveyor?
Flexible expandable conveyor is used to solve problems on transport in such complicated environment as warehousing, packing line and loading/ unloading etc, and can handle all sizes of boxed packages with flat bottom.
It has an advantage over fixed conveyors in flexibility and movability. It makes skillful use of movement, expansion and compaction so that floor space required can be reduced remarkably.
This conveyor is a complete steel structure, with flexibility. And it can be laid out at your request.
Multiple flexible expandable conveyors can be connected together and can be expanded optionally to any length required.
Load Capacity
When complete expanding, load capacity per unit ( between support legs) is no more than 100kg ( in the state of no impact load.)
Casters
4" heavy-duty swivel castors are used. On two ends of flexible expandable conveyor, castors with brake are provided. They stand firmly when handling packages.
Joint Hooks
In order to extend conveying length, multiple flexible expandable conveyors can be connected together by use of joint hooks so as to reach a longer length of conveyance.
