Longwei MDR Replaces Traditional Accumulating Roller to Realize Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveying

MDR (Motor Drive Roller) is a self-powered roller by integrating the motor, gear reduction box and sensor and reasonably installing it into steel tube. The basic strategy of MDR is to decompose the high-power driving gear motor into a number of low-power DC 24V/48V motor drive roller to drive the conveyor line in a distributed manner. Single material can be independently transported, stopped and sorted to different stations or equipment to make the production line more flexible and realize zero pressure accumulation conveying.

In May, our company received a palletizing line project from Chile. Our DC 24V motor drive roller perfectly met the requirements of zero pressure accumulating put forward by the customer. Now the project is in the production scheduling stage.
