The Brief Introduction of DC60 24V/48V Direct Current Motor Driven Roller


  • Direct current motor driven roller is suitable for adjustable speed, light or medium load.

  • Built in high efficiency direct current brushless gear reduction motor, match with controlller.

  • ASstandard power type and HAS high power type output torque is optional.

  • Adopts direct current 24V or 48V safety voltage.

  • Speed 9-240m/min

  • Speed adjustable range 10%-150%.

  • Multiple intelligent controller are adapted to realize IO control, ZPA functions and RS485, EtherCAT and internet interface.

  • Roller Material: galvanized steel or stainless steel, length is customized.

  • Roller can be grooved, or fix driven head like O-belt pulley, V type pulley, timing pulley, polyvee pulley or sprocket.

  • Simple installation, realize interlligent control.


Other surface treatment


Rubber Lagging:  roller diameter is from 50mm to 55mm after rubber lagging.

In order to effectively improve the operation status of the conveyor system, prevent slip (such as increase speed at specific station, small angle climbing, etc.), need to produce a large friction between the contact surface, rubber lagging on the roller surface  is the most commonly used processing way. And rubber lagging can also protect the goods bottom and reduce the conveying noise.

Knurling: roller surface knurling can increase the friction between the conveying object and the roller. The pattern is mainly reticulated.
