GR200 Antiskid Rubber Lagging Mild Steel Gravity Conveyor Roller
As the typical product in the gravity roller series, it is widely applied, especially in the carton conveying area, e.g. airport luggage handling and logistic distribution center.
Precision ball bearing, polymer bearing housing and end cap form the bearing unit which is very important. It is not only for good looking but also further more for the smooth and quiet running.
The end cap of roller resists dust and water splash well in working environment.
The design of polymer bearing housing makes it able to operate in some special environment.
The lubricating method of bearing could be oil lubricating or grease lubricating as requirement.
Suitable for the high speed conveying. Speed could vary according to diameter and length of roller, max speed up to 120m/min.
Temperature range -5℃ to +40℃.

How to select the suitable roller?
First of all, please confirm that you have obtained the following information.
The overall dimensions of the conveyed objects.
The weight of each conveying unit.
The bottom condition of the conveyed objects.
Whether there are special working environment requirements (e.g. humidity, special high and low temperature, the influence of chemicals, etc.)
The conveyor is driven with or without motor.
In order to ensure the smooth conveyance of goods, at least three rollers must be in contact with the conveyed goods at any time. Pallet should be added to transport soft-bag packages when necessary.
